TIPS: If you would like to ship to someone based outside of Australia, please go to the "International | USA" Store and you will be billed in USD. For all orders outside of Australia we charge USD.

We aim to address and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via Australia Post which normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from date of dispatch. 

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. 


Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address. 



We ship internationally to majority selected countries.

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by NEVILLEE


Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. NEVILLEE will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment. 




 Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the law of your jurisdiction.



NEVILLEE want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on, you are entitled to an exchange within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase at NEVILLEE .com must be provided,
  • All tags must be in tact and attached,
  • Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed,
  • Simply email us to returns@NEVILLEE .com and we'll get you set for your exchange.


All returns and or exchange of Products delivery fees, the purchaser will bare the delivery costs.



NEVILLEE does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.


PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by NEVILLEE .



Please direct all return or exchange packages to address on the Returns Form. Email prior to returning goods. Please submit in the email, your order number and item you wish to return.



Whilst we take pride in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go wrong during manufacturing. Should this be the case, NEVILLEE will offer a full refund on the item.



Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of NEVILLEE receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.


PLEASE NOTE: NEVILLEE cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.



NEVILLEE offer exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability.

  • These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
  • A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by NEVILLEE in which case a refund will be issued.
